What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ is 500–3,000 units depending on the product. For existing ODM models with your logo and packaging, we can start from 500 units.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?+
Yes. You can choose from our ODM library and customize color, logo and packaging, or work with our engineers on a fully custom product including PCBA, firmware and industrial design.
How long does sampling take?+
Branded samples of existing models take 5–7 days. Custom firmware or new tooling projects typically take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
What is your production lead time?+
Standard lead time is 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Repeat orders can be faster with safety stock of key components.
Which certifications can you provide?+
We provide CE, FCC, RoHS, UL, PSE, KC and UN38.3 depending on the product and target market. Test reports are issued by accredited labs such as SGS, TÜV and Intertek.
Can you ship lithium battery products?+
Yes. We ship power banks and battery products by air and sea with UN38.3 reports, MSDS and DG declarations, and can deliver DDP directly to Amazon FBA warehouses.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight and PayPal (for samples) are also accepted.
What warranty do you offer?+
We offer a 12–24 month warranty depending on the product, and supply 1% spare units free of charge with every bulk order.
